Exchange
For orders that have not yet been shipped, we do allow refunds and exchange.
General Returns (Non-Quality Issues)
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition as received.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Return Process

- Ship the Item: Send the item back to our warehouse.

- Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Defective or Damaged Items
